We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for all orders delivered within Australia via Australia Post.
Orders are processed within 3 business days. Once processed, you will receive a notification with your tracking information.
Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location, but generally range from 2-7 business days after processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from JKP Eternal Connections. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned.
We accept returns and exchanges for unopened and unworn items within 14 days of your purchase date.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We cannot offer return labels or reimburse shipping costs at this time.
